Jane Ellen

Jane Ellen possesses over 16 years of event production and management experience. She loves to school and attending workshops. She has her BA, Marketing and Event Marketing Management.

Something you may not know about her ~ she loves to participate in long distance open swim competitions!


Sarah Lyn

Sarah has over 6 years of experience designing marketing & communication materials for a variety of events, as well as planning and managing events.

Something you may not know about her ~ she has a passion for learning languages and sings in a Gaelic choir!


Event Management

No event is too small or too big! We work with charities, non-profit associations and corporations to develop events. We’ll help you with event components such as registration, budgeting, food & beverage planning, venue contracting & management, technology contracting & management, marketing, speaker management, website creation & management and social media.

Trade Shows & Exhibitions

Whether your trade show is the main event or part of a larger event, we have the expertise and experience to organize your show. We can help you with floor plan designs, exhibit sales, show services coordination, and show promotion.


Our event company is not like other event companies. We actually have someone on our team who is trained and experienced in sponsorship sales and fulfillment. From prospecting to fulfillment and everything in-between ~ we love helping events reach (and surpass) their fundraising goals!
